Keelin, 5 weeks

Keelin, 3 weeks, Mother's Day

Keelin was 3 weeks old last Saturday, and then Sunday was our first Mother's Day. We celebrated lots of mothers, and I had a fantastic day. Keelin and MJ gave me a digital picture frame, which is fun.

We didn't think the cat would get into the baby basket, 'cause it rocks and he doesn't like that sort of thing. But, we were wrong. He loves all the blankets and the basket. Guess we'll do lots of laundry.

Keelin, 2 weeks

Two weeks old! Her Grandma Bonnie and Aunt Carol came to see her, we went to Leilani's, and for walks, relaxed on the porch glider, and talked to the neighbors. She's doing so well, some periods of crying but as her body gets used to the input/output process those periods are getting shorter. She is very alert, and can spend up to an hour looking around at the shapes of the world.
